01 How can I enter the raffle? كيف يمكنني المشاركة في السحب؟

Make a purchase of AED 70 or more in a single invoice, visit https://raffle.trolleysuae.com or scan the QR code available in stores, complete the entry form and upload a clear copy of your receipt.

02 Who can participate? من يمكنه المشاركة؟

The raffle is open to UAE residents with a valid Emirates ID. Participants under 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.

03 What is the prize? ما هي الجائزة؟

Each winner will receive an AED 100 Trolleys Shopping Voucher.

04 When does the campaign run? ما مدة الحملة؟

The campaign is valid from 1 October 2026 until 15 October 2026. Entries submitted outside the campaign period will not be eligible.

05 How will I know if I win? كيف سيتم اختيار الفائزين والتواصل معهم؟

Winners will be notified via WhatsApp, email, or phone call using the contact details provided during registration. Winners will receive a physical voucher, which can be collected and redeemed at any Trolleys Supermarket branch.

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
Open only to UAE residents with a valid Emirates ID.

2. Promotion period:
Campaign period is from the 1st of October ,2026 and last date for submission is 15th October 2026. Winners will be announced on 16th October 2026.

3. Winner selection and prizes:
Trolleys Supermarket will conduct a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the competition period to select 100 winners.

4.A total of 100 winners will be selected. Each winner will receive a Gift voucher worth AED 100. The voucher may be redeemed at any of Trolleys Supermarket.

5.The gift voucher is valid to redeem till November 30 ,2026.

6. Prize conditions:
Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

7. Lost or Damaged Voucher:
Winners are responsible for keeping their gift voucher safe. In case a winner loses, misplaces, or damages the gift voucher before redemption, Trolleys Supermarket will not be responsible and will not replace, reissue, or provide compensation for the lost or damaged voucher.

8. Minors:
Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the registration on their behalf.

9.Winners will be contacted via the phone number & email provided at registration. If the winner cannot be reached within 72 hours of the draw date, the Administrator may select and attempt to contact an alternate winner with the remaining eligible entries.

10. Purchase requirement:
Minimum purchase of AED 70 in a single invoice is required to be eligible.

11. Proof of purchase:
Receipt must clearly show the purchase date and total invoice details.

12.To enter the Competition, Participants must during the Competition Period visit the microsite designated for the competition https://raffle.trolleysuae.com/ , or to scan the QR code available in the stores, follow the instructions to sign up by providing the required details. Upload a receipt of the purchase worth AED 70 minimum to participate in the lucky draw and stand a chance to win one of our valuable gifts.

13. Acceptance of terms:By registering, each participant accepts and agrees to abide by the campaign’s terms and conditions.

14.Employees of Trolleys Supermarket SPS LLC. and their immediate family members are strictly prohibited from participating in this competition.

• Privacy Notice: Trolleys Supermarket LLC collects and processes personal information provided by participants in connection with the Trolleys Supermarket 4th Anniversary Raffle 2026.

• Information We Collect: This may include the participant’s name, UAE mobile number, email address, purchase receipt details and image, transaction information, entry details, and any additional information reasonably required to verify eligibility or confirm a winner’s identity.

• Valid Emirates ID or other identification information may be requested from selected winners where necessary for winner verification and prize collection or redemption.

• Purpose of Processing: Personal information will be used only for purposes related to administering the campaign, including validating entries, verifying qualifying purchases, detecting duplicate or fraudulent submissions, conducting the draw, contacting winners, issuing and delivering prizes or shopping vouchers, recording voucher redemption where applicable, maintaining campaign records, and complying with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

• Winner Notification: Winners may be contacted using the mobile number and/or email address provided during registration. Notifications may be sent through SMS, WhatsApp, email, telephone, or other appropriate communication channels used by Trolleys Supermarket LLC.

• Marketing Communications: Participation in the raffle does not automatically constitute consent to receive advertising or marketing communications. Participants’ information will not be used for marketing purposes unless separate and explicit consent has been provided where required.

• Sharing of Personal Information: Personal information will not be sold. It may be shared only with authorised service providers involved in operating the campaign, communications, technical services, prize fulfilment, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance, and with competent government or regulatory authorities where required by law.

• Where authorised technology, messaging, email, hosting, or communication service providers process information outside the UAE, Trolleys Supermarket LLC will take reasonable steps to ensure that such processing is handled in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

• Winner Publication: Where winner information is published through official Trolleys Supermarket channels, only information reasonably necessary to identify or announce the winner will be displayed. Personal contact details, identification numbers, and other unnecessary private information will not be published.

• Data Retention: Personal information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the campaign, verify winners, distribute and redeem prizes, maintain appropriate campaign and audit records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

• Once the relevant retention period has expired, personal information will be securely deleted, anonymised, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with applicable requirements, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
